This role focuses on function, not just treatment.
You will be involved in:
Functional musculoskeletal assessments as part of pre-employment medicals
Assessing movement, strength, and capacity against job demands
Injury management and return-to-work support
Early intervention to prevent long-term issues
Working closely with employers to provide practical, job-relevant recommendations
Clear, concise reporting to support fitness-for-work decisions
You will work alongside our team of nurses and telehealth doctors to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes.
Strong musculoskeletal and functional assessment skills
Interest in occupational health and workplace-based outcomes
Ability to assess and make practical decisions based on job demands
Clear communicator — able to keep reports simple and relevant
Able to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
