We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team, with a focus on functional assessment and workplace capacity.

This role focuses on function, not just treatment.

You will be involved in:

  • Functional musculoskeletal assessments as part of pre-employment medicals

  • Assessing movement, strength, and capacity against job demands

  • Injury management and return-to-work support

  • Early intervention to prevent long-term issues

  • Working closely with employers to provide practical, job-relevant recommendations

  • Clear, concise reporting to support fitness-for-work decisions

You will work alongside our team of nurses and telehealth doctors to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes.

  • Strong musculoskeletal and functional assessment skills

  • Interest in occupational health and workplace-based outcomes

  • Ability to assess and make practical decisions based on job demands

  • Clear communicator — able to keep reports simple and relevant

  • Able to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
